TLILIC0001 Licence to Transport Dangerous Goods by Road
About The Course
This course provides the knowledge of dangerous goods road transport legislation and the Australian Dangerous Goods Code (ADG 7.8). Upon successful completion of the course the driver is able to approach their State or Territory Regulatory Authority and apply for the issue of that State or Territory's Driver Authorisation/Licence. The two (2) day course covers all aspects of the Australia Dangerous Goods (ADG) Code and the relevant legislation including Classification, Marking, Documentation, Stowage and load restraint, Segregation and Compatibility plus Responsibilities of the individuals involved. A dangerous goods driver licence is only required for transport of dangerous goods in the following cases:
In a receptacle with a capacity of more than 500L.
If there is more than 500kg in a single receptacle.
In the case of intermediate bulk containers (IBCs), where the total capacity of all IBCs is more than 3000L or where any IBC is filled or emptied while on the vehicle.
The training we offer is a Nationally Accredited unit of competency TLILIC0001 Licence to transport dangerous goods by road. Upon successfully completing this training course, you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment which will entitle you to obtain or renew your Qld Dangerous Goods Licence with Qld TMR
How much does the course cost?
The cost of the course is $480 plus GST

*Discounted course cost per participant will be considered for large group bookings - maximum of 10 participants.
